Essential Oil Diffuser
This project is about using the thermic conductivity property of copper. In a way, copper is a warm material, great for heat exchanges. From there emerged the idea of exploring the natural and intrinsic capability of this material to interact with its context. How can we use the copper high conductivity to create an object able to generate wellness?
Combination of water, natural flavours, air flow, heat and copper creates a microcosm hosted by the glass dome. The diffuser breaths like a living being by inhaling air and expulsing odorous water vapor throw a funnel, while condensation deposits on the walls of the diffuser. Those cyclical events turn the system into a little environment with copper as a heart.
